Our approach puts you and your health first. New England Primary Care is a patient-centered, family practice able to treat every age, from newborns to the elderly.
New England Primary Care is your go-to place for most medical needs, such as routine checkups, wellness visits, and non-emergency illnesses like sore throats, plus a wide variety of conditions including ailments you’d normally see a specialist for such as a sports injury or women’s health issue.
New England Primary Care takes most medical insurance and also offers low, self-pay rates for those without insurance.
As a Federally recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home, we provide the highest standards demanded of primary care providers. Therefore, you can confidently consider us your medical “home team.” We get to know you, your medical history and your health concerns and can answer all your health questions. When needed, we will refer you to a specialist. Our goal is to get you to your best level of wellness. If you have a chronic condition, we’re the place you can discuss any current medications you are taking and look at your medical history to help make sure all your medical treatment is on the same page.
New England Primary Care is your medical home team providing the highest standards of care and seamless coordination with all your specialists and major health facilities.
New England Primary Care was designed to fit your lifestyle. We understand your health doesn’t always fit into a 9-to-5-weekday schedule. That’s why New England Primary Care offers extended hours to fit your schedule.
More convenience for you.
We opened our practice right next door to our affiliate, New England Urgent Care. So, if you need an X-ray or lab work done, there’s no waiting for an appointment across town. And, if you need an MRI, CT scan or mammogram, Radiology Associates of Hartford is in the adjacent building.

"We use the urgent care model for New England Primary Care because we believe patients should be able to receive ongoing health care when it's convenient for them rather than when it suits us. Our goal is to help you and your family members regain and maintain good health." — Dr. Michael Gutman
